What the service does

AiRankia audits websites, generates landing pages, and runs experiments on pages you control. You keep ownership of everything you put in and everything it produces for you.

What you agree to

• Only point it at sites you are entitled to. Auditing, tagging, or modifying a website you do not own or have permission to work on is not allowed.
• If you install the tag, disclose it. Where the law requires consent for measurement, obtain it — install the tag with data-consent="required" and release it from your consent platform. See the tracking page, which you may link from your own banner.
• Do not abuse the service — no attacking it, no reselling it as your own, no working around usage limits.

What we will and will not promise

The audits and recommendations are produced with the help of language models. They are analysis, not fact and not professional advice: check anything before you act on it. We do not promise a specific conversion rate, ranking, or revenue outcome — anyone who does is selling you something.

The service is provided as-is. We keep it running as well as we can, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Your content and ours

You own your websites, your data, and the pages generated for you. We own the AiRankia software. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you — to fetch and analyze the pages you point us at.

Ending it

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account and data: [email protected]. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Law

Spanish law applies, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction. If you deal with us as a consumer, this does not take away rights your local law gives you.
